This notice is for all taxpayers that ESCROW for South Fire District real estate taxes.
The software company responsible for our tax system and printing of the bills made a grievous error. Those that have their bank or mortgage company escrow for their South Fire District taxes may have been affected; you should receive a letter in the mail from QDS (software company) that the bill you received was for informational purposes only.
If you have any doubt if you need to pay your bill yourself, or if your bank is paying it, please call us at (860) 343-8011.
